Ohio School of Falconry will be at the Racine Library with 5 ambassador birds of prey in attendance!
Learn about the important role that raptors (hawks, eagles, owls and falcons) play in their ecosystems and falconry’s key role in raptor conservation efforts.
Watch as the birds take flight!
Don't forget to stay for Lunch at the Library following the program! Bagged lunches will be available for children as a part of Ohio's Summer Food Service Program prepared by Meigs Local Food Service. A huge thanks to this local agency for providing the MANY meals we hand out for each children's program over the summer.
This project was made possible in part by the Institute of Museum and Library Services and the State Library of Ohio.
