✓ Potage Parisian

The quintessential French leek & potato soup

✓ Garlic Bread

In French cooking, the combination of parsley and garlic is known as Persillade and is the basis for this recipe.

✓ Maryland Crab

Bisque Crab bisque is an incredibly creamy and irresistibly flavorful soup that will warm you right up.

✓ The Real Caesar Salad

Caesar salad was invented in 1924 by Caesar Cardini, an Italian chef who owned a restaurant in Tijuana, Mexico. We will be demonstrating Chef Cardini’s original recipe.
